As a Real Estate Project Manager, you will direct the full lifecycle of greenfield construction projects exceeding 50,000 square meters, with a focus on manufacturing facilities that support sustainable energy infrastructure. Your responsibilities span design oversight, construction execution, regulatory compliance, and contract management, ensuring all work aligns with international standards and internal governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and construction management for industrial and workplace interior projects, including authority submissions and tender processes
- Apply knowledge of global benchmarks such as ISO, ASHRAE, NFPA, CIBSE, and BSI to ensure technical excellence and code adherence
- Ensure all projects meet external regulations and internal policies, with a strong emphasis on safety, integrity, and environmental responsibility
- Manage stakeholder engagement across multicultural, matrixed, and remote teams, delivering clear communication in complex organizational settings
- Support compliance with internal procedures and uphold core values through accountable decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, MEP engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years in real estate project management, with proven experience in large-scale industrial builds
- Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent
- Fluency in English and demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to flexible working arrangements as required
