About the Role

The consultant will work directly with homeowners who are interested in selling their properties quickly. This role involves assessing homes, making cash offers, and guiding clients through a simple, transparent transaction process.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate property details provided by homeowners seeking fast sales
  • Conduct in-person property assessments to determine condition and value
  • Analyze local market trends to support pricing strategies
  • Present fair, all-cash offers to property owners
  • Explain transaction timelines and next steps clearly to clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to finalize purchase agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of property evaluations and client interactions
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from digital marketing channels
  • Build trust through transparent communication about the selling process
  • Identify qualified leads from initial contact forms and phone inquiries
  • Support clients through decision-making without high-pressure tactics
  • Follow up consistently with potential sellers to gauge interest
  • Work independently to manage a personal pipeline of opportunities
  • Use CRM tools to track lead status and activity
  • Ensure compliance with real estate and consumer protection regulations
  • Represent the company professionally during home visits
  • Provide market insights to clients based on neighborhood data
  • Assist in streamlining the closing process with title and escrow partners
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures
