- Respond promptly to inbound leads from digital marketing channels
- Build trust through transparent communication about the selling process
- Identify qualified leads from initial contact forms and phone inquiries
- Support clients through decision-making without high-pressure tactics
- Follow up consistently with potential sellers to gauge interest
- Work independently to manage a personal pipeline of opportunities
- Use CRM tools to track lead status and activity
- Ensure compliance with real estate and consumer protection regulations
- Represent the company professionally during home visits
- Provide market insights to clients based on neighborhood data
