Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of essential product functionalities by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to convert intricate specifications into smooth, efficient mobile applications
- Promote the adoption of artificial intelligence and modern development technologies to improve productivity, enhance code quality, and foster engineering practices supported by AI tools
- Take full ownership of mobile architecture choices, including navigation design, state handling, integration with native modules, and performance optimization strategies
- Ensure high code standards through comprehensive peer reviews, defined best practices, and a robust culture of automated and manual testing
- Guide and develop early- to mid-career engineers by providing technical mentorship and professional growth opportunities
- Identify and eliminate performance issues affecting the JavaScript thread, native bridge, and rendering pipeline, while expanding mobile CI/CD systems, release workflows, and internal engineering tools
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and the mobile platform, translating business needs into clearly defined mobile projects while maintaining strict adherence to code and architectural standards
