As an R&D Associate Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of System Drives software. Your work will center on developing embedded solutions, building test and simulation frameworks, and ensuring robust code quality through diligent maintenance and documentation. Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, and test embedded software components for System Drives products
- Develop and enhance automated testing and simulation environments
- Maintain and document source code and technical specifications

Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with a solid foundation in embedded systems development and a passion for innovation. You should hold a higher degree in automatics, computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
- At least two years of professional experience in C/C++ embedded programming
- Strong proficiency in C and C++ for embedded platforms
- Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems
- Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation
- Interest in power electronics and industrial applications
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills

- Exposure to data science concepts or machine learning techniques
