Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline
Minimum of five years of professional experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) operations
At least three years of direct experience using Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)
In-depth understanding of General Ledger Accounting principles and practices
Proven expertise in managing account reconciliations
Comprehensive knowledge of financial close procedures and timelines
Proficiency in creating, reviewing, and managing journal entries
Solid background in intercompany accounting processes and controls
Experience with financial reporting standards and outputs
Hands-on configuration experience with Oracle ARCS Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules
Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or equivalent ERP systems
Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking, resolving complex issues, and engaging with stakeholders
