Quantum Metric is looking for a Bilingual Business Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, using your business acumen and bilingual skills to ensure they achieve maximum value from our platform.
What You'll Do
- Consult directly with customers to understand their business goals and challenges
- Analyze customer data and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
- Translate complex business needs into actionable strategies using the Quantum Metric platform
- Facilitate effective communication and training sessions in both English and Spanish
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with customer stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in a business consulting, customer success, or analytical role
- Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate insights into recommendations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
