Key Responsibilities
- Process and analyze large-scale financial datasets, ensuring accuracy and relevance for modeling purposes.
- Develop, test, and refine quantitative models and execution algorithms for multi-currency trading environments.
- Build and enhance internal research tools and analytical infrastructure to support long-term scalability.
- Apply statistical methods and visualization techniques to interpret results and communicate insights effectively.
- Investigate DEFI protocols by reconstructing their economic models to evaluate performance, risk exposure, and integration potential.
- Monitor live strategies, perform performance attribution, and recommend data-backed optimizations.
- Keep current with advancements in quantitative finance, crypto markets, and academic research.
Qualifications
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics. While professional experience is not required, strong foundational knowledge in probability, linear algebra, and statistics is essential.
Proficiency in Python and experience with data analysis libraries like NumPy and pandas are required. Candidates must demonstrate a genuine interest in financial markets, particularly automated trading and cryptocurrency ecosystems. Clear communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are critical.
Experience with blockchain technology, crypto markets, or DEFI protocols is highly advantageous. Fluency in Russian may be beneficial but is not required.
