About the Role

The position is responsible for maintaining high-quality data standards within the EMEA region, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with regulations, and support for quality management systems through analytical expertise and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and validate data from quality systems across EMEA markets
  • Identify data inconsistencies and lead root cause investigations
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements through accurate data reporting
  • Maintain and improve data integrity in quality databases
  • Generate regular reports on data quality metrics for regional stakeholders
  • Collaborate with local quality teams to resolve data discrepancies
  • Track and monitor data-related key performance indicators
  • Assist in audits by providing accurate and timely data sets
  • Ensure data governance policies are consistently applied
  • Work with IT teams to enhance data collection and validation tools
  • Document data quality issues and follow resolution progress
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to data standardization
  • Support implementation of new quality data systems or upgrades
  • Translate business requirements into data validation criteria
  • Provide insights through data analysis to support decision-making
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional regulatory expectations
  • Coordinate data validation efforts across multiple countries
  • Ensure timely closure of data-related corrective actions
  • Use analytical tools to identify trends in quality data
  • Support training initiatives related to data entry and management
  • Facilitate communication between regional and global quality teams
  • Ensure consistency in data definitions and reporting formats
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data workflows
  • Monitor changes in data systems and assess quality impact
  • Escalate critical data issues to management when necessary
