Responsibilities
- Support, administer, and analyze QSHE Management functions for operations teams, ensuring alignment with regional requirements and global QSHE strategy.
- Serve as primary contact for regional and global QSHE teams and stakeholders, coordinating projects and tracking progress.
- Generate regional QSHE performance reports, scorecards, and data analyses, including trend interpretation and key performance indicators.
- Evaluate regional QSHE data and deliver summarized insights to strengthen organizational QSHE culture.
- Engage in site visits and regional QSHE meetings to align strategy with operational realities and stakeholder needs.
- Work with internal parties on the development and rollout of regional and global QSHE training programs.
- Manage the regional QSHE budget cycle and monitor implementation status.
- Maintain and organize information across regional QSHE systems, including databases, SharePoint, websites, and project platforms.
- Exchange best practices with the global QSHE team related to regional initiatives and programs.
