Brenntag is hiring a Quality Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Support, administer, and analyze QSHE Management functions for operations teams, ensuring alignment with regional requirements and global QSHE strategy.
  • Serve as primary contact for regional and global QSHE teams and stakeholders, coordinating projects and tracking progress.
  • Generate regional QSHE performance reports, scorecards, and data analyses, including trend interpretation and key performance indicators.
  • Evaluate regional QSHE data and deliver summarized insights to strengthen organizational QSHE culture.
  • Engage in site visits and regional QSHE meetings to align strategy with operational realities and stakeholder needs.
  • Work with internal parties on the development and rollout of regional and global QSHE training programs.
  • Manage the regional QSHE budget cycle and monitor implementation status.
  • Maintain and organize information across regional QSHE systems, including databases, SharePoint, websites, and project platforms.
  • Exchange best practices with the global QSHE team related to regional initiatives and programs.
