Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on a designated set of loan files approved by underwriters, following established audit protocols.
- Verify that loan documentation adheres to agency standards, regulatory mandates, internal policies, and quality benchmarks.
- Support the Quality Control Manager with special assignments and operational initiatives.
- Participate in professional development sessions related to loan underwriting, credit evaluation, or mortgage program updates.
- Compile and deliver monthly audit summaries; generate analytical reports using Excel or Access databases.
