Responsibilities
- Conduct regular on-site inspections of electrical systems to confirm alignment with project plans and technical specifications
- Verify field installations adhere to National Electrical Code and applicable local authority requirements
- Ensure electrical work meets internal quality benchmarks and procedures
- Detect non-conformances, record observations, and monitor resolution until completion
- Inspect quality of conduit, grounding and bonding, wire terminations, equipment placement, labeling, and final finishes
- Complete standardized QA/QC forms, inspection summaries, and deficiency lists
- Keep precise records such as inspection logs and tracking documents
- Maintain non-conformance reports to document and follow up on deviations
- Preserve as-built revisions and photographic evidence for project documentation
- Assist in preparing handover packages, commissioning preparation, and client-facing inspections
- Collaborate with on-site supervisors and crew leads
- Coordinate with project management and QA/QC leadership teams
- Engage with client personnel and external inspection agencies
- Report quality concerns clearly and professionally to field management
- Take part in pre-work planning sessions and quality review walkthroughs
- Ensure all activities follow site-specific safety rules and company safety policies
- Halt and report activities that pose safety or quality concerns
- Assist in internal and external audits, inspections, and owner tours

On-site with travel required for mission-critical data center projects across multiple states
