Responsibilities
- Create and implement thorough end-to-end testing strategies that validate system functionality, integration, regression, and non-functional aspects across business processes.
- Build, update, and scale test plans, test cases, and automated scripts to enable consistent, efficient, and high-quality testing across environments and application tiers.
- Verify accuracy of data, calculations, and system outputs to ensure alignment with business logic and trace impacts across connected enterprise systems.
- Identify, evaluate, and report quality risks, gaps, and potential failures early in development to support release decisions and minimize production defects.
- Oversee the complete defect management process, including documentation, prioritization, tracking, and resolution in coordination with development and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, assess design solutions, and ensure systems meet testability, scalability, and business goals.
- Enhance and utilize test automation frameworks and tools to increase test coverage, efficiency, and reliability while decreasing manual testing effort and cycle time.
- Assist with user acceptance testing, release validation, and post-deployment issue analysis, applying root cause investigation to improve system quality and prevent repeat issues.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. An annual performance bonus contributes to total compensation.
