Responsibilities
- Support QA teams in executing manual and automated tests on web, API, and mobile applications.
- Execute test cases, log defects, and track outcomes using tools like Jira, Xray, or TestRail.
- Assist in preparing test data, verifying environments, and conducting regression testing prior to releases.
- Work alongside developers and product managers during sprint planning and release cycles.
- Take part in reviewing automation scripts and designing exploratory test scenarios to expand test coverage.
- Help the Quality Center of Excellence by developing metrics dashboards and supporting standardized QA practices.
