We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Call Dispatch team within Customer Experience. This is a hybrid position (2 days/week in office, 3 days at home) with potential future remote work. Based in Stratford, London.
Your role in our future:
- Monitor Call Dispatch console, ensuring work orders are assigned to engineers within agreed SLA
- Arrange part orders requested by engineers
- Assign engineers to customer sites and raise work orders
- Possess excellent communication skills for liaising with customers, engineers, account managers, and carriers
- Conduct pre-installation checks including postage, form completion, tracking deliveries
- Attend team meetings and update business areas
- Work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations
Your profile:
- 6-12 months professional experience
