Responsibilities
- Manage a team of quality engineering professionals, overseeing planning, task assignments, and daily execution.
- Advance test automation across web, mobile, and API platforms, with an emphasis on enhancing mobile testing capabilities.
- Convert automation architecture into actionable plans that support project delivery objectives.
- Evaluate automation code, frameworks, and test strategies to ensure uniformity and high standards.
- Monitor automation progress, coverage, and reliability, delivering transparent updates to stakeholders.
- Recognize and resolve technical and operational obstacles to sustain delivery timelines.
- Work closely with geographically dispersed development groups to integrate quality assurance into engineering processes.
- Direct the team in using AI and generative AI tools to speed up test creation, data synthesis, and automation scripting.
- Assist in testing AI and large language model features by assessing output correctness, relevance, and functional behavior.
