Arionkoder is hiring a Sr. QA Mobile Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our AI-powered mobile solutions. You will oversee mobile testing, develop automated test frameworks, and play a key role in mentoring team members within our human-centric, entrepreneurial environment.
What You'll Do
- Review and oversee Mobile testing executed by onshore and offshore teams.
- Enhance product quality by identifying and helping to fix bugs before release.
- Continuously improve processes to boost testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Mitigate software development risks by identifying and addressing issues early.
- Develop automated test scripts and frameworks for mobile app performance on Android and iOS.
- Advocate for and implement industry best practices in quality assurance.
- Lead and mentor team members earlier in their careers to contribute to QA team growth.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Demonstrated experience with mobile native application testing.
- Experience providing QA for mobile, web, and back-end services.
- Expertise in mobile test automation frameworks using tools like WebdriverIO and Appium.
- Experience conducting usability tests and empathizing with users’ perspectives.
- Strong experience creating automation scripts from scratch.
- Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail to write test cases, log defects, and refine stories.
- Strong understanding of the AGILE SDLC, QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Practiced eye for visual details like pixel misalignments and margin errors.
- Capable of writing and executing manual tests for mobile apps.
- Professional, positive, and approachable attitude with a self-starter mentality.
- Experience working in Agile and Kanban environments and with external clients or vendors.
- Collaborative spirit and positive demeanor that enhance team dynamics.
Nice to Have
- Experience in travel and/or loyalty-as-a-service industries.
- Experience in Mobile Accessibility (508) testing on both iOS and Android.
- Knowledge in Java and Kotlin.
- Experience with XCTest and XCUITest for iOS, and Espresso and UI Automator for Android.
