Responsibilities
- Create and manage automated test scripts for user interfaces and application programming interfaces using Playwright with TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
- Develop and expand reusable, modular test automation frameworks
- Integrate test execution into continuous integration and continuous delivery workflows using GitHub Actions
- Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and cross-browser testing using both automated and manual methods
- Work closely with developers and product stakeholders to interpret requirements and establish detailed test strategies
- Detect, log, and monitor defects; validate resolutions and confirm test coverage
- Evaluate test outcomes from automation runs and deliver actionable feedback to engineering units
- Improve test automation practices, tools, and processes over time
- Guide QA team members in adopting Playwright and effective automation approaches
- Support the evolution of QA strategy and uphold strong engineering quality benchmarks
