Tech Support Coordinator (Remote) (Position located in São Paulo, Brazil) is hiring a QA Engineer (MIS) (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed test strategies tailored to MIS platforms and initiatives
  • Design and maintain test plans and test cases for new features, system upgrades, and integrations
  • Uphold consistent quality assurance standards across all technology environments
  • Quickly learn and master new systems, tools, and business workflows with minimal supervision
  • Analyze requirements documentation to gain deep insight into system behavior and functionality
  • Conduct thorough manual testing across all components of MIS software
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
  • Evaluate AI systems, including Large Language Models and agentic AI, for accuracy, consistency, and business alignment
  • Carry out performance and load testing as required
  • Build and maintain automated test scripts to support diverse applications
  • Identify repetitive test scenarios suitable for automation and implement automated solutions
  • Enhance the scope and efficiency of automated testing over time
  • Detect, log, and monitor software defects using designated tracking tools
  • Investigate and document bugs and system errors found during testing
  • Supply clear, step-by-step reproduction instructions and supporting evidence for defects
  • Partner with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis on critical defects to prevent future occurrences
  • Test system integrations to verify data integrity, flow, and functionality
  • Validate complete business workflows that span multiple platforms
  • Quickly grasp business processes to deliver relevant and actionable QA input
  • Generate comprehensive test reports and quality metrics for stakeholders
  • Keep test documentation, including cases and procedures, current and accurate
  • Communicate test outcomes clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Create detailed test plans that reflect business needs and project goals
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product owners to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle
