Responsibilities
- Create clear diagrams, documentation, and implementation strategies for quality assurance systems and workflows.
- Adhere to internal architectural standards and widely accepted industry practices when building test automation frameworks.
- Leverage artificial intelligence where applicable to maximize the effectiveness and reach of test coverage.
- Develop test automation capable of validating components across frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Design and implement meaningful automated tests, including unit, integration, and functional tests using tools like Selenium or Playwright.
- Write and organize manual test cases when needed, or to support future automation efforts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments such as support and customer success teams.
- Deliver regular, actionable updates on testing progress and performance to senior leadership and executives.
