Responsibilities
- Design and implement test plans for new and existing features
- Conduct manual testing across various platforms and environments
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts
- Report and track defects using issue management tools
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing
- Ensure compliance with defined quality standards
- Participate in sprint planning and team meetings
- Evaluate product requirements for testability
- Improve testing processes and tooling
- Perform integration and system-level testing
- Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines
- Validate API functionality and performance
- Assess user interface consistency and usability
- Document test results and summarize findings
- Contribute to risk assessment for product releases
- Monitor production behavior for post-deployment issues
- Stay current with testing best practices and tools
- Assist in defining quality metrics
- Work with cross-functional teams to align on quality goals
