About the Role
The engineer will develop and execute automated test scripts, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and build automated test suites for web and API applications

- Contribute to root cause analysis of production incidents
- Work closely with product teams to understand feature requirements
- Improve testing efficiency through reusable components
- Track key quality metrics and report on test outcomes
- Validate backward compatibility during system upgrades
- Assist in environment configuration for testing
- Stay current with evolving testing methodologies and tools
- Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met
- Coordinate with DevOps for test environment stability
- Implement performance testing as part of automation
- Verify data consistency across distributed services
- Support on-call rotations for critical quality issues
