Responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle quality assurance efforts for digital platforms
- Develop and maintain reusable test automation frameworks with scalability in mind
- Set quality benchmarks and ensure adherence across teams
- Work closely with engineering units to define verifiable requirements
- Embed automated testing within CI/CD workflows to accelerate feedback loops
- Detect, log, and report software defects with detailed reproduction steps and diagnostic data
- Analyze patterns in recurring problems and support corrective actions
- Integrate artificial intelligence tools to improve test coverage and efficiency
- Lead initiatives to refine QA practices, tools, and testing strategies
- Coordinate with developers, architects, and business analysts throughout the development cycle
- Verify that deliverables meet security, compliance, and internal policy requirements
- Generate and deliver reports on quality KPIs, risks, and project status
- Proactively uncover unstated requirements, edge conditions, and system failure points
