- Create and maintain automated test frameworks that scale with evolving project needs
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure features meet quality standards
- Increase test automation across functional, integration, and end-to-end system levels
- Integrate and support testing within CI/CD workflows and modern deployment pipelines
- Detect potential quality issues early and lead initiatives to refine testing methods
- Develop and maintain reusable automation tools and shared testing components
- Promote and implement best practices in quality engineering throughout the development cycle
