Responsibilities
- Conduct functional and usability testing of our U.S. (Indiana) experience across web and mobile apps.
- Test core customer journeys: Landing → Sign-up
- Sign-up → Login
- Promo Opt-in → Deposit
- Deposit → Bet Placement → Cashout → Withdrawal
- Customer Support & KYC Flows
- Document all issues with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and recordings (where applicable).
- Join live testing sessions with the Product team.
- Provide a full QA report in English, including usability feedback, bug reports, and improvement recommendations.
- Verify fixes and validate product readiness.
Requirements
- Must be physically located in Indiana for testing geolocation compliance.
- No existing Smarkets/SBK account.
- Detail-oriented with QA testing experience for web and mobile platforms (gaming or betting a plus).
- Analytical thinker with strong documentation skills.
- Comfortable participating in remote live walkthroughs.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with U.S. sports betting regulations preferred.
Additional Information
- Approx. 18 hours over 6 weeks (around 3 hours per week).
- Hourly rate (to be agreed).
