DevSecOps Strategic Account Executive - Florida Region Remote Position A leading innovative software development platform seeks a dynamic Strategic Account Leader for the Public Sector team. Role Overview: As a Strategic Account Leader, you'll support state and local government agencies and higher education institutions in modernizing their software development and security practices. You'll be responsible for aligning advanced DevSecOps technologies with agency digital transformation initiatives, serving as the primary strategic contact for large prospects. Your first year will focus on building trusted relationships with technical leadership, facilitating successful platform implementations, and coordinating with engineering and support teams to drive organizational outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strategic account plans aligning AI-powered DevSecOps platform with public sector modernization goals - Navigate complex procurement processes and shape multi-year technology roadmaps - Serve as primary trusted advisor for strategic public sector prospects - Manage comprehensive account lifecycle from pipeline development through expansion - Collaborate with pre/post-sales teams to ensure successful platform rollout - Partner with system integrators and channel partners to generate qualified leads - Conduct ongoing prospecting and opportunity development activities - Represent customer perspectives through feedback channels Required Qualifications: - Proven experience selling technology solutions to U.S. State/Local Government and Higher Education sectors - Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, CI/CD automation, and secure development practices - Expertise navigating state procurement vehicles and compliance requirements - Consultative sales approach positioning technology as mission-enabling solution - Ability to manage major accounts with high degree of autonomy - Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders - Alignment with organizational values and openness to continuous learning Salary Range: $103,700 - $183,000 USD Comprehensive benefits package including flexible time off, equity compensation, professional development opportunities, and inclusive team member resources.
