Responsibilities
- Observe and supervise access points, exits, and secured zones within the facility
- Perform routine checks inside and outside the building to prevent criminal activity, aggression, or hazardous conduct
- Manage and assist during emergencies involving patients, employees, or guests
- Uphold organizational rules and protocols in a uniform and impartial manner
- Work with the Environment of Care Committee to promote a coordinated safety and security strategy across departments
