Lyra Health is hiring a Psychiatrist - Child & Adolescent - 1099 Contractor

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions in children and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Conduct telehealth sessions to provide therapy and medication management.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to support patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Offer evidence-based treatments and interventions.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and specialists.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.
  • Provide culturally sensitive and inclusive care to diverse patient populations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Support the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to junior clinicians when required.
  • Participate in research and quality improvement projects.
  • Contribute to the development of educational materials and resources.
  • Participate in community outreach and education initiatives.
  • Provide feedback and input on program development and improvement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and documentation.
