About the Role

This role is responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare providers, guiding them through platform adoption, and serving as the primary point of contact for support and feedback to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for provider partners in the Dallas-Fort Worth region
  • Onboard new providers to the digital health platform efficiently
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of tools and resources
  • Monitor provider performance and engagement metrics
  • Address technical and operational issues promptly
  • Gather feedback from providers to inform product improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service delivery challenges
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and support cases
  • Support the rollout of new features and updates to providers
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Track provider satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with clinical and technical teams during implementation
  • Assist in developing educational materials for provider use
  • Respond to provider inquiries via email, phone, and video calls
  • Drive adoption of best practices across provider networks
  • Facilitate regular check-ins and progress reviews
  • Identify opportunities to expand provider utilization of services
  • Escalate critical issues to appropriate internal stakeholders
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform capabilities
  • Support data reporting needs related to provider activity
  • Promote a positive experience throughout the provider lifecycle
  • Ensure timely communication during system outages or changes
  • Work cross-functionally to align provider needs with company goals
  • Help measure the impact of support initiatives on provider outcomes
  • Contribute to process improvements in provider operations
