Counterpart Health is hiring a Provider Success Manager

About the Role

This role is responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare providers, supporting onboarding, resolving issues, and enabling long-term success through proactive engagement and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned providers
  • Guide providers through onboarding and platform adoption
  • Monitor provider performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues
  • Deliver training and educational resources to provider teams
  • Track key success metrics and report on provider outcomes
  • Facilitate communication between providers and technical teams
  • Identify and escalate systemic challenges impacting provider experience
  • Support the rollout of new features and product updates
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess provider needs and feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of provider interactions and support tickets
  • Collaborate with product teams to inform development priorities
  • Advocate for provider needs in internal planning discussions
  • Assist with provider contract implementation and compliance
  • Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues in real time
  • Develop best practices for provider engagement and retention
  • Support data reporting and quality measure submissions
  • Ensure providers meet performance benchmarks and program requirements
  • Partner with clinical teams to align care delivery goals
  • Lead provider-facing meetings and training sessions
  • Monitor service delivery timelines and follow up on delays
  • Gather and analyze feedback to improve support processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies
  • Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge bases
  • Support special projects related to provider network growth
