We are seeking a skilled Provider Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for healthcare professionals across the United States. This remote role supports a growing network of medical operations, focusing on placements in highly regulated sectors including government-contracted evaluations, disability assessments, occupational health, and independent medical examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for physicians, psychologists, nurse practitioners, PAs, and other advanced practice providers
- Proactively source candidates using licensing databases, LinkedIn, and job platforms
- Conduct outreach to potential providers and build a sustainable talent pipeline
- Assess candidates for licensure status, malpractice coverage, and credentialing eligibility
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth provider onboarding and deployment
- Adhere to strict compliance standards, including HIPAA and internal policies
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least three years of direct experience recruiting healthcare providers in regulated environments. Familiarity with VA programs, disability evaluations, or government service contracts is essential. You should also have experience navigating per-exam, salaried, and productivity-based compensation models.
Proven success in meeting recruitment targets and managing time-to-fill metrics is required. A background in credentialing-heavy healthcare settings is critical. While a bachelor’s degree is preferred, relevant professional experience may substitute.
