About the Role
The Provider Operations & Strategy Associate will help manage and improve systems that support provider onboarding, performance, and compliance while contributing to long-term strategic planning and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate provider onboarding workflows and track progress
- Analyze operational data to identify performance trends
- Support the development of provider-facing resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
- Monitor compliance with licensing and credentialing standards
- Assist in creating reports for leadership review
- Identify opportunities to enhance provider experience
- Help implement scalable operational frameworks
- Track key performance metrics for provider networks
- Contribute to strategic planning discussions
- Evaluate operational risks and recommend solutions
- Maintain accurate provider records and documentation
- Support audits and quality assurance initiatives
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and providers
- Assist in onboarding training materials
- Gather feedback from providers to inform improvements
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and policy requirements
- Troubleshoot provider-related operational issues
- Develop dashboards to visualize operational data
- Participate in process improvement projects
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on documentation
- Help scale operational processes as the network grows
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive provider information
- Support incident response and resolution workflows
