Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of winning proposals and presentations nationwide, initially concentrating on infrastructure projects such as aviation, rail, and defense.
- Provide proposal support for pursuits in energy and natural resources, including low-carbon solutions, transmission, nuclear, and mining initiatives.
- Assist in proposal development for real estate projects including data centers, industrial facilities, life sciences, healthcare, office spaces, high-rise buildings, and sports venues.
- Manage full-cycle proposal processes from request for information through submission, including planning and content production.
- Coordinate input from various stakeholders and ensure timely delivery across simultaneous proposal efforts within a national team structure.
- Simplify complex project delivery concepts into clear, persuasive messaging tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare teams for client interviews by developing presentation materials, leading mock sessions, and coaching for confident, articulate delivery.
- Serve as the primary proposal expert for infrastructure-related opportunities, leveraging knowledge of industry players, trends, delivery methods, and technical language.
- Develop and maintain sector-specific proposal content, including case studies and competitive advantages.
- Contribute to shaping win strategies and impactful messaging to increase success rates in infrastructure pursuits.
- Design and produce proposals and presentations in PowerPoint, ensuring visual appeal and compliance with brand standards.
- Integrate written content and visual elements to create engaging, easy-to-understand narratives.
- Enhance templates with improved layouts, graphics, and storytelling techniques to maximize impact.
