Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of RFP responses, from initiation to final delivery.
- Analyze RFP documents to extract key requirements, compliance obligations, and scoring factors specific to SLED procurement.
- Gather input from vendors and internal teams, align pricing with Finance and Sales, draft tailored content, conduct quality assurance checks, and guarantee on-time, high-standard submissions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Practice teams, and Vendor Management to enhance proposal templates and Statements of Work.
- Enhance and manage the organization's answer library and knowledge base within Responsive (formerly RFPIO).
- Review and evaluate existing proposal templates to ensure uniformity and adherence to standards.
- Detect deficiencies in available content and lead efforts to develop reusable, high-quality responses aligned with SLED needs.
- Foster strong internal partnerships by delivering timely support, information, and guidance to key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary connection point between Sales, Technical Practices, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and leadership teams.
- Organize contributions from subject matter experts and disseminate updates on proposal progress, processes, and system changes.
- Support team reporting on RFP metrics such as win/loss ratios, revenue impact, and post-submission insights.
- Evaluate the results of proposals to uncover areas for enhancement and advance continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and success rates.
