Lead the development of compelling, accurate, and compliant proposals for clinical research initiatives, serving as the central point of contact throughout the proposal lifecycle. Work closely with Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams across international markets to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end proposal processes for both new and existing clients, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across departments.
- Analyze project requirements, pricing structures, and contractual terms to shape competitive offers and decision-ready presentations.
- Develop, maintain, and refine detailed proposals that meet client expectations while adhering to internal standards and RFI/RFP guidelines.
- Design strategic approaches that support clients’ clinical research goals, combining commercial insight with operational feasibility.
- Ensure all documentation reflects current compliance and organizational standards using Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Qualifications
- Degree in a healthcare-related or business field; advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong commercial understanding, particularly in pricing, contracts, and financial details.
- Skilled in stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
