Manage maintenance operations efficiently from anywhere as a Property Maintenance Coordinator. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of work orders—from intake and assignment to resolution and documentation—ensuring every task is handled promptly and accurately. Acting as the central point of contact, you’ll coordinate between tenants, building supers, and external vendors to keep repairs on track and communication clear.
What You’ll Do
- Review incoming maintenance requests and assign them to the appropriate super or vendor based on urgency, location, and expertise.
- Update and maintain real-time calendars to schedule repairs and prevent conflicts or delays.
- Keep tenants informed with timely updates, access confirmations, and clear follow-ups throughout the repair process.
- Ensure all work order details are complete, including photos, notes, and timeframes, before assigning or closing tasks.
- Generate accurate invoices and finalize work orders with thorough documentation.
- Draft and distribute building-wide announcements about upcoming or ongoing maintenance activities.
- Maintain an up-to-date master calendar to reflect current and future maintenance needs.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, property management, or maintenance coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- High level of accuracy when reviewing and updating records and work logs.
- Proactive mindset—someone who follows up, identifies gaps, and keeps processes moving.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; ability to adapt quickly to new digital tools.

- Previous exposure to property management software or maintenance tracking systems.
