About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines and milestones in collaboration with team leads
- Maintain accurate records of study documentation and regulatory files
- Support the preparation of internal and client-facing project status reports
- Track and manage project deliverables across multiple therapeutic areas
- Assist in the coordination of cross-functional team meetings and agendas
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards
- Facilitate the collection and distribution of study-related materials
- Monitor project databases for completeness and accuracy
- Communicate updates and action items to relevant stakeholders
- Assist in the onboarding of new team members to project workflows
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and follow-up actions
- Support audit readiness activities and documentation reviews
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed
- Manage document version control and archiving processes
- Identify and escalate potential project risks or delays
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within project operations
- Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to data protection policies
- Support training activities related to project tools and systems
- Assist in the development of project dashboards and tracking tools
- Maintain consistent communication with internal departments
- Participate in system validation and testing for project platforms
- Track resource utilization and project workload metrics
- Support client inquiry responses within defined timelines
