Responsibilities
- Deliver expert project management support for information technology initiatives within the Department of Water Resources and California Natural Resources Agency.
- Carry out all necessary tasks to ensure successful planning, execution, and oversight of designated IT projects.
- Act as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for assigned technology projects within state agencies.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle activities for specific IT assignments.
- Function as an Enterprise Project Manager under the supervision of the Agency Project Management Officer.
- Apply recognized project management methodologies, tools, and practices to plan, monitor, and control one or more IT projects to achieve intended outcomes.
Compensation
