Manage customer deployments from start to finish, overseeing the implementation of cloud communication solutions for clients acquired through partner channels. You'll be responsible for aligning stakeholders, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring all deliverables meet defined success criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle, applying structured deployment methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality rollouts.
- Coordinate with Solution Architects to form dedicated teams focused on effective implementation and customer outcomes.
- Facilitate regular customer meetings to confirm requirements, track progress, and manage expectations.
- Document project plans, decisions, and changes thoroughly, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Adapt project scope and schedules as needed, identifying risks early and implementing corrective actions.
- Deliver administrator training, assist with integration setup, and support device provisioning when necessary.
- Use Salesforce, Jira, and PSA tools to monitor project health, track tasks, and report on status to internal leadership.
- Resolve customer escalations promptly and ensure smooth transitions to Customer Success and Support post-deployment.
Qualifications
You bring 3–5 years of project management experience in a client-facing environment, with a focus on clear communication and organizational precision. Familiarity with G-Suite, Salesforce, and cloud-based project tools is essential. You’re skilled at running remote meetings, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating across departments such as Product, Marketing, and Support.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred. The role operates in a hybrid model, requiring presence in the Kitchener office three days per week. Success in this role requires curiosity, resilience, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
