Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for implementation accounts, coordinating communication between clients and internal teams.
- Lead and supervise special projects, working across departments to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Engage in planning discussions with new and prospective clients during pre-onboarding and onboarding phases.
- Facilitate a streamlined onboarding process by synchronizing workflows, schedules, and expected outcomes across departments.
