Enterprise Electrical is hiring a Project Manager III - Electrical

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects in collaboration with internal teams and field personnel.
  • Review contract requirements and define project goals, policies, and performance benchmarks according to company standards.
  • Coordinate with superintendents and junior project staff to plan and assign key project roles.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, design teams, suppliers, and trade partners.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and issue procurement agreements and subcontractor contracts.
  • Oversee field supervision activities to monitor and manage construction progress.
  • Create, publish, and update master project schedules to maintain on-time and on-budget performance.
  • Oversee financial management of projects, including cost tracking, invoicing, revenue collection, profit analysis, and cash flow.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure all project records and control systems meet contractual and organizational requirements.
  • Guide and support junior project managers and assistant project managers as assigned.
  • Carry out additional duties as directed by management or required by project conditions.
