Responsibilities
- Enforce change management protocols to handle project scope adjustments efficiently
- Track and regulate project milestones to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Identify high-risk scenarios and implement preventive solutions
- Serve as the organization's representative in project reviews and planning discussions
- Translate project plans and contractual agreements clearly for internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Generate comprehensive documentation on project status, expenditures, and timelines
