Responsibilities
- Orchestrate project tasks across various workstreams, keeping schedules, interdependencies, and outputs aligned with targets.
- Assist project leads and program management offices by upholding organized workflows, standardized templates, and consistent reporting practices.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint to ensure precise and transparent project tracking.
- Track risks and challenges, identifying possible setbacks early and aiding in the development of corrective actions.
- Facilitate communication among global, regional, and local stakeholders to maintain alignment.
- Coordinate contributions from different functions for product launches, entry into new markets, and retail infrastructure developments.
- Maintain high standards for documentation, including version management and archiving of project records.
- Aid in the execution of marketing campaigns by managing timelines, creative assets, and in-store activation materials.
- Partner with departments such as retail branding, content, customer experience, B2B rollout, GBS implementation, and commercial planning to ensure synchronized delivery.
- Support strategic business goals by contributing to projects that enhance commercial results and retail performance.

- Manage communication flows between global, regional, and local teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs for product launches, new market entries, and retail infrastructure projects.
- Ensure documentation quality, version control, and proper archiving of project materials.
- Support commercial marketing execution by coordinating campaign assets, timelines, and in-store activation materials.
- Collaborate with key business areas including Brand Retail, Brand Content, CX, B2B deployment, GBS deployment, and Commercial Planners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Contribute to GTR business priorities by supporting initiatives that drive commercial performance and retail excellence.
