PROJEKTIL was looking for a Project Manager / Event Lead (Poland), International Immersive Tour

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure suitable event venues across Poland (e.g. churches, historic buildings, unique locations)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with venue partners and act as the main point of contact between venues and PROJEKTIL
• Oversee and host events on-site, ensuring smooth operations and an outstanding visitor experience
• Hire, schedule, and manage local event staff
• Work closely with internal teams (creative, production, technical) and external partners
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and project goals to ensure efficient execution
