About the Role
The ideal candidate will oversee the complete delivery of learning and content development initiatives, managing multiple concurrent projects across instructional design, subject matter experts, media production, and implementation teams. This hands-on role requires solid project management fundamentals and proven experience with Microsoft Project to ensure alignment with time, quality, and budget requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, managing all stages of the project lifecycle
- Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Microsoft Project
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope, key milestones, and deliverables
- Orchestrate efforts across diverse functional teams to maintain project momentum
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and address challenges early
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on schedule and within defined scope
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and client representatives
- Deliver routine project updates, forecasts, and performance reports
