About the Role

Manage construction projects, coordinating with teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute construction projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections.
  • Prepare and submit project reports.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that arise.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
