As a Project Manager and Business System Analyst, you will guide the early phases of large-scale technology implementations, from initial planning through architecture definition and roadmap development. Your work will set the foundation for successful project execution by clarifying objectives, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring technical strategies support business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project initiation activities, including planning, scheduling, and defining deliverables to establish clear project direction.
- Engage with internal teams, client representatives, and external vendors to gather requirements, assess business processes, and identify gaps between current and desired states.
- Facilitate workshops and analysis sessions to define scope, document outcomes, and produce clear, actionable reports.
- Develop high-level solution designs, including deployment models, data migration approaches, and cloud integration strategies.
- Coordinate across technical and business units to ensure alignment on architecture, compliance, and implementation timelines.
Qualifications
- Proven track record managing complex IT initiatives with expertise in scope definition, planning, risk management, and deliverable oversight.
