Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple small to medium integrated campaigns independently, working with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendor teams.
  • Show proficiency in managing all stages of a project, from initial client requirements to final execution and delivery.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle with cross-functional teams, including defining deliverables, allocating resources, estimating hours, setting timelines, and establishing project processes.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategic, and account teams to develop high-quality solutions, achieve exceptional outcomes, and reduce risks or unintended extra work.
  • Oversee the financial health of client accounts by managing project scopes, tracking time usage, summarizing burn reports, and contributing to forecasts.
  • Guide internal team members on daily progress, key milestones, and timely delivery of project components.
  • Work alongside the account management team to facilitate onboarding processes for new project team members.
  • Assist in training team members on defined roles, established workflows, and standardized templates.

Compensation

$75,000 USD – $90,000 USD

  • The salary range for this position is $75,000 USD to $90,000 USD.
