Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Ensure high-quality outputs including fee structures, work plans, risk strategies, and contractual documents.
- Address and resolve challenges affecting project outcomes.
- Guide or assist in defining project scope, budget estimates, and adaptive planning for proposals.
- Support client engagement and business growth aligned with strategic objectives.
- Serve as the primary internal communication liaison for project matters.
- Monitor and analyze performance against planned benchmarks.
- Promote the firm and its services as a recognized industry leader to current and prospective clients.
- Work with Market Leads to negotiate project timelines, fees, scope, and contractual terms for complex, multi-discipline initiatives.
- Proactively identify, manage, and resolve issues affecting client objectives or satisfaction.
- Clarify and convey client requirements and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients and their management, to address and anticipate project challenges.
