Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the project team to define project specifications.
- Assist in negotiating contracts with external vendors.
- Support the process of obtaining required permits and licenses from authorities.
- Determine necessary resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, while respecting budget constraints.
- Assist in planning operations and scheduling phases to meet project deadlines.
- Manage team members and assign responsibilities effectively.
- Lead project teams and coordinate interactions with clients and contractors.
- Evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report any issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a construction project manager with focus on industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Knowledge of food industry, manufacturing processes, packaging, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Familiarity with construction and project management software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Team player with leadership capabilities.
- BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or a related field.
- Availability for business travel or relocation for project purposes.
