Lincoln Property Company is hiring a Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage new retail ground up construction projects
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with client’s internal service providers for coordination of scope items such as Procurement, IT, AV and Security
  • Oversee the execution of all project phases, ensuring adherence to established schedules and financial constraints.
  • Negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure that all vendor deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and changes.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Address issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure smooth openings, moves and relocations, offering end users a seamless transition experience to their new spaces.
  • Support the refinement of robust process, templates and playbooks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience within the commercial real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing retail ground up construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to use tools and technology to schedule, manage and communicate project plans and progress to stakeholders.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Effective time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated capability in vendor management and negotiation.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Project Mates)
  • High level of initiative and proactive problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to navigate project complexities.
